As a Lead Front-End Developer and an Ambassador for Front-End Development at Unit4, I was instrumental in developing and promoting a unified approach to front-end development within the organization. Also creating a central knowledge base that served the front-end community, Q&A Engineers stakeholders within and outside of Unit4.
Key achievements
- Establishing Development Standards: I created and advocated a comprehensive set of principles and best practices that served as a baseline for all front-end development. This unified approach facilitated consistent and high-quality output across teams and projects.
- Workshops and Training: Conducted workshops and training sessions to disseminate these principles, ensuring that both teams and stakeholders were aligned with the new standards. This initiative also played a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-end talent, providing them with a clear framework for development practices.
- Community Building: Fostered a collaborative and innovative front-end community at Unit4, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in front-end development practices.
