As Lead UX Designer for the Unit4 Benelux Design Centre, I served as the primary advocate for design within the Unit4 Benelux organization. My role involved engaging and inspiring the organization through interactive workshops, hackathons, and presentations, showcasing the value of design and its impact on our products. I also developed and provided tools and training to stakeholders and teams, enabling them to experiment and integrate design thinking throughout the product development chain.
Key achievements:
