As the Lead UX Designer for the Unit4 Benelux team, I led an extensive research project with accountancy firms across the Netherlands and organized several workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities for Unit4’s product portfolio in the Accountancy domain.
Key Achievements:
- Extended Research Project: Conducted in-depth research with accountancy firms to understand their challenges and needs, gathering valuable insights for product development.
- Stakeholder Workshops: Organized and facilitated workshops with internal and external stakeholders to discover and validate new product opportunities, fostering collaboration and idea generation.
- Design and Development of Online Samenwerken: Designed “Online Samenwerken,” a web application that facilitated communication between accountancy firms and their clients. This app integrated seamlessly with Unit4’s existing software solutions and addressed key communication bottlenecks.
- Solving Communication Bottlenecks: Developed a solution that streamlined the communication, document delivery, and signing processes, which were previously done in person or by fax, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
- Agile Product Development: Successfully launched the app as a valuable addition to Unit4’s accountancy software suite, with ongoing development in an Agile environment to add new functionalities.
