As the Senior UX Designer for the AllianceBlock DataTunnel platform ( Nowadays rebranded as Nuklai, www.nukl.ai ) I led the discovery and and define phases to validate propositions and concepts, mobilizing several teams to design and (re)build the platform.
Key Achievements
- Community Building: Initiated and grew a vibrant community of Data experts, professionals, and enthusiasts. This community provided critical insights, beta testing, and feedback through in-depth interviews, validating product ideas and concepts.
- Early Access Program: Enabled the community to access new features early and facilitated direct interaction with the product team via chat groups, fostering a collaborative feedback loop.
- Organized Meetups: Regularly hosted meetups with Data professionals, product leads, and teams, focusing on Data, AI, and Machine Learning. These sessions provided valuable insights that informed product development.
- Insight-Driven Roadmap: Utilized insights from the community, data professionals, partnerships, and user journey mapping workshops to build a robust product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client and user needs.
- Focused Problem-Solving: Identified and addressed specific challenges and opportunities within user journeys and features, leveraging design to solve these issues effectively and facilitating their implementation by development teams.
- Pragmatic Prototyping: Creating tangible interaction models to get quick feedback from community and stakeholders and high fidelity prototypes to support communication on product features and attribute to development velocity.
