As the UX Team Lead at WCC Group, I elevated the Employment Platform UI Design System to unify previously fragmented applications and enhance the overall user experience. Transitioning from basic UI elements based on a front-end library to a comprehensive Design System, for dialogue, interaction and architecture. I addressed the complex challenges faced by users and organizations in the domain of policy and employment at the national level. The design system provided that clarity and guidance to individual designers, teams and stakeholders and streamlined new development efforts.
Key Achievements:
- Advanced Design System: Evolved the UI Design System from basic elements to a robust framework that encompassed dialogue, interaction, and architecture, providing a consistent and unified experience across the Employment Platform.

- National-Level Implementation: The Employment Platform, incorporating the Design System, is utilized by Public Employment Services at the national level (including: Netherlands: UWV, Belgium: VDAB, Austria: AMS, France: Pôle emploi, Malaysia: Perkeso).
