As the UX Team Lead at WCC Group, I designed and developed a mobile fox hunt game to promote a healthier workforce and add a bit of fun to the office environment.
This innovative game prompts participants to receive messages inviting them to hunt for the “fox” (a colleague). When found, the “fox” can tap out, and the hunter earns points or climbs the leaderboard. The game also serves as a fun way to onboard new employees and facilitate social interaction within the company.
Key Achievements:
- Gamification for Engagement: Leveraged gamification techniques to enhance employee engagement, creating a dynamic and enjoyable way to interact and meet (new) colleagues.
- Innovative Mobile Design: Designed and developed a mobile fox hunt game that engages employees in a playful activity, promoting health and social interaction at work.
- Onboarding Tool: Utilized the game as an onboarding tool for new employees, helping them to quickly integrate and connect with team members across the company.
- Recruitment Assessment Integration: The game served as an example in the business case “A Healthy Work Environment,” which I developed as part of the recruitment assessment for hiring designers, front-end developers, and other product-related roles at WCC Group.
