As Lead Designer at WCC Group, I organized a multi-day design sprint to address the pre-registration of foreign nationals entering Malaysia, resulting in a tangible, user-centric solution.
- Design Sprint Facilitation: Orchestrated a multi-day design sprint, bringing together stakeholders including representatives from the Malaysian government, consultants from Accenture, and WCC to co-create a solution for the pre-registration of foreign nationals.
- Collaborative Approach: Facilitated collaboration among diverse parties to create a simple, effective solution that met the needs of a broad demographic of visitors to Malaysia, aligning with WCC’s technological capabilities.
- Outcome-Driven Engagement: Successfully engaged stakeholders to agree on next steps and planning, integrating WCC’s expertise and solutions into the project.
- Delivering a Functional Prototype: Produced a working app that met all intended requirements and was ready for testing with user groups within the sprint timeframe.
- Development of Themis: Led a team to further develop the solution that resulted from the project for Malaysia that resulted in Themis, a white-label software solution and mobile web app, enabling national governments to provide E-Visa or pre-registration services for international visitors.
